Return Policy
Sonision strives to resolve any issues you may have. We offer full lifetime support of our products and are willing to put in the time to make things right. That being said, sometimes it just doesn’t work out for you.
We will accept returns that meet the following conditions:
- Hardware is in its original condition and not damaged or scratched
- Hardware components have not been removed, replaced or altered in any way
- Serial numbers of all components must be an exact match of when the item was sent out
- No more than 30 days has passed since the date you received the item (delivery date)
- Item is repackaged in its original packaging
- Item is repacked with the same shipping materials it was received in
Meeting these criteria, we will be happy to refund to your original payment method the full amount of purchase minus shipping costs. In addition, you must cover shipping back to us, or make arrangements to return the item in person.
